It is definitely easier said than done, but Iv'e gained a good amount of self discipline when it comes to the activities that have held me back in the past. I know that if I spend every waking hour distracting myself, I will most likely not get where I want to be. I spend most of my time working towards what I want from my future. Do I indulge in all of the cinnamon rolls when I am down at the beach? One hundred percent. Do I have some late nights out with friends? For sure. Visualize Your Highest Self and Start Showing Up As Her: 100 page journal, notebook Planners, Elevate on. Now, do I miss my meditation some days? Absolutely. I would mediate for 15 mins every morning and night Without believing in yourself, you won’t be able to unleash your true potential. I would be sure to engage in social activities at least once a week Arguably, this is the most important key to visualize your highest self. I would spend at least 45 mins working out I would spend at least 3 hours working on my brand in some way I would be eating foods that I know nourish my body, and fuel me for the day I would be sure to not check socials for the first 30mins of my day (the notifications will be there) I would start my day listening to either a podcast, or instrumental music to get me out of bed If you aim it, you can claim it!Ī personal example of this - If I one day wanted to open a business of my own (and say I wanted to be a CEO of this company,) I would wake up every morning and go about my day as if this has already occurred. Now I don't want to dive too deep into manifestation right now, but much of this mantra is rooted in manifestation. What I mean by this is, you need to wake up every morning with the mindset that everything you have every worked for and wanted, is already yours. However, what will be the same for each individual looking to become the highest version of themself, is the internal feeling of success that has already been attained. "Caroline, this is cool and all, but HOW does one show up?" UGH! Amazing question, let's get into the root of this -ĭepending on your specific goals and aspirations, this process will definitely look different for everyone. This mindset is essentially what we are focussing on when I say It's time to show up. I'm sure you have heard of the saying, "fake it 'till you make it!" Whether you are in a corporate setting, embarking on an interview, or taking on an internship for the first time- having faith that you will get the job done, and get it done right, is SO important. So you have a plan of action for yourself- now what? As much as I preach about how it's ok to not know exactly what your life is going to look like, I am also well aware that there are others out there that are extremely driven, and motivated. This can be a really scary realization for a lot of people. How many times a day do you sit with your thoughts and genuinely think about where you see yourself in five years?
